Feedback dari AEON Kredit Kad

Sambungan dari entry Kelebihan AEON Kredit Kad, tidak sangka pada hari yang sama saya menerima feedback melalui e-mail dari Customer Service AEON Kredit Kad . Inilah e-mail yang diberikan :

Hii Aeon,

Wah, quite surprise with the fast reply. Very good customer service. Really like the AEON Credit Card even i just use it less than a year. i think compare to Maybank Credit Card , overall it much more better. Just my 2 cents /more feedback:

1) I think AEON should have their own current/saving account so it will be easier for us to make a payment.Currently we have to go to AEON setiawangsa to make a payment.if we want to pay by Maybank2u or CIMB, there will be a charge incurred.

2)I really think AEON should advertise with Nuffnang as they have a lot of bloggers under their umbrella and they can provide you with better marketing @ creative marketing , in turn attracting more customers especially for bloggers and reader of the blog as more people are reading the blog nowadays.

3) More collaboration with other outlets i.e. fast food, restaurant, cinemas, and etc..

Less than an hour  I received a reply back :

Wah, apa yang boleh saya katakan, customer servicenya memang pantas dan bagus. Memang patutpun saya suggest mereka mengiklankan di Nuffnang kerana different/creative exposure untuk produk mereka yang mungkin akan menarik lebih ramai pengguna. Sudah terbukti Nuffnang mampu untuk memberikan something different dan berkesan dalam mempromosikan produk/perkhidmatan.

P/s : Customer Service adalah salah satu cara untuk kita menilai bagus or tidak Sesebuah syarikat itu. Tepuk dada,tanya selera.

    Customer Service yang bagus dapat menarik orang lain menggunakan nya juga, secara tidak langsung dapat good review dari org yang menggunakan kad tu..

  5. me memang dh jatuh chenta dgn AEON ni..me nak apply kad ni bila me balik msia next year. currently me cuma guna citibank credit card ajer..tp interest tinggi, annual fee pun tinggi..adoyai.. me dh pakai citibank masa me mula2 keja thn 2001 lagi..

  18. Customer service HQ Aeon mmg bagus,

    tapi utk pengetahuan, CS di sbrg Perai & Queensbay, penang pnya branch tersangat la hampes.. nada kasar.. kurang membantu apatah lg nk tnya 'Ya En. ada apa lg yg boleh saya bantu?', cepat2 je nk letak tepon. aku lebih prefer call HQ klu ada apa2 mslh dari call branch dua ni..

    Klu HQ ada baca komen aku ni, sila tegur mereka2 ni, klu buang trus lagi bagus.
