Lazada Malaysia Menipu? Ehh, takkan Syarikat yang begitu besar yang iklannya begitu gah berlegar-legar di Google dan Facebook menipu pengguna? Umm, better experience it myself sebelum buat judgement kan?

    Kat page dia ramai yang komplen barang lambat sampai, barang tak sampai & barang sampai tak cukup. Email kat diorang takde balasan, baru je lepas hantar mesej kat fb page diorang.

  12. Zalora i selalu la beli tp sampai laju and barang as yg dijanjikan. I know lazada tp tak pernah yakin nak beli sbb logiknya susah kampeni nak simpan stok brg banyak gitu. So mesti dia nak kena gi source kat mana2 dulu ke apa. Tak mcm pakaian and kasut kot :P

  24. penah interested slh 1 brg yg dioffer, few weeks ago ade call lazada sendiri (sbelum kene tipu), ade staff angkat xsilap name die "paso" mule2 ingatkan die tu foreigner tapi die convincekan saye kate die tu local indian sbbye saye try taye soalan dlm bahasa melayu die bantai ckp english.. =.= tu takpelah..die kate klu tak pecaye brg yg dijual kat website leh la buat pembayaran tru COD meaning jumpe face to face kat memane then klu puas hati baru byr. bile saye kate jumpe ofis die strictly kate NO. sekian terima kasih. anyone ade experience buat byr COD ngan lazada?

  26. I'm fucking window shopping. Pergi start kereta, masuk gear, pergi kedai, purchase barang, balik rumah, puas hati dengan barang yang dibeli. Masa yang diambil, tak sampai 24 jam. Hahaha. :D

    Online shopping, beli dari luar negara. dua minggu masa diambil untuk barang sampai, tahap kepuasan hati: memuaskan walaupun harga lebih mahal, tapi proses ditipu kurang berbanding di Malaysia. Hahahaha. :D

    By the way, bila kite dah purchase, kite patut terima aje apa yg kita pesan. You make your own risk on buying that stuff by online, accept it with pleasure. :D

  27. beli Samsung Tab 2 7.0' 3G 2 minggu lepas (8/7/2012). sampai sekarang ni tak dapat lagi barang tu. tulis in-stock tapi bila call tanya cakap belum sampai warehouse. sakit je hati sebab alamat kat office. mula bercuti 4/8/2012 balik kampung 3 minggu. kalau tak dapat dalam 2 minggu ni memang nak report.

  28. assalamualaikum. helo! just bloghop :) sy ada experience beli barang daripada lazada! barang harga rm199 tp delivery sangat lambat. lebih 14 hari dah kot. sampai sy kena call tanya. lepas sy call tu.. bukan esok atau lusa dapat. lambat jugak. tapi dapat barang yg dipesan dan barangnya elok la. just masa delivery tu yg lambat sebab katanya stok habis. tapi kalau sy xcall, entah bila la nak dapat barang tu kan. tu je pengalaman sy. sekian :)

Kalo rasa nak guna cepat, x yah la beli dengan lazada ni..wat sakit ati ja...kalo rasa nak try bleh la..tapi tunggu la 2 - 3 minggu atau lebih baru barang nak sampai..Memang betul..kalo call/msj tanya diorang akan cakap 'order dalam proses' 'barang dalam proses penghantaran' dan macam2 alasan lagi..x nak dah beli online dengan lazada nih...COD is better.

  31. Let me share my experience, I bought a fan on 23/06/12 with discount RM 20 for new user sound very attractive price. After waiting for 5 days I call to check for delivery status, CS told me excluding Saturday and Sunday. So Iwaited another 2 days and call again. Now CS say excluding order date. So I waited another day and call. CS say some problem with the warehouse. Need to urge them. All togeter it takes me 14 days including weekends to reply me that they are not going to sent out the items but will refund me the money paid. It will take maximum 5 working days to proceed. I suppose it was on 7 or 8 of July. Then I wait for 5 days as been told before I call them. Approximately about 13/07. I call them again, wow they said they already refund me to my crecard on the 10/07. I was surprice and tell them is it not reflected in my credit card transaction before I made the call. They ask me to wait another 2 days. So I wait and call and call until todays . Means more than 1 month I am waiting yet to see my refund. And their answer always check with your credit card bank. I think in this case It suppose broue ght to the public awareneses and the ministry concern shoud come out to prevent more and more cases like us.

  39. ehh diorang ada call tadi!! (tapi I ter-miss so kena call balik) lega skit rasa bila da dapat tau status pa smua hheheh. the guy I talked to speaking laju bukan main, tapi friendly okay. Dia explain la pa smua, dia cakap walaupun I order July 31, diorang baru dapat confirm August 3rd, so skarang ni order tengah proses. Lepas abis cakap kat fon, dia ada hantar email. kat situ ada explain processing ambik masa 24-72 jam and then baru akan di hantar. Hopefully tak de pa pe masalah..hopefully diorang terus hantar tak nak tunggu lama2

Order samsung galaxy tab 2 10.1 16 july 2012. .sampai sekarang habuk pun tadakk.. call customer service 10 kali..setiap kali call,jawapan yg diberi lain2..first time call,diorang tuduh terlibat dgn kredit card fraud..mmg kurang ajar..dah pernah beli mcm2 da online sebelum ni guna credit card,xpernah la lagi kena tuduh mcm tu..so lepas contact bank utk pengesahan,bank kata payment dah approve lama dahh..call balik lazada bgtau diorang..pastu baru mengaku payment da approve..tunggu lagi...lepas seminggu,xsampai jgak..alasan lain plak yg diberi..masalah stock kat warehouse..padahal dlm web bgtau in stock..so minta refund..lepas seminggu call balik nak tanya status refund..relax ja die ckp blum buat lagi..padahal aritu tanya dah buat..so aku bgtau kalo x call jgak by tomorrow dan settle semua ni,aku report kat tribunal pengguna... Mmg diorang langsung tak call..mmg kurang ajar...skrg aku dah buat report kat consumer tribunal...tunggu masa ja nak masuk perbicaraan

  42. DO NOT BUY ANYTHG FROM LAZADA! THEIR SERVICE REALLY SUCKS.
    THEY WOULD ASSURE YOU THAT U ARE SUPPOSED TO GET YOUR ITEMS WITHIN FEW DAYS, BUT IN FACT U WOULD ONLY RECEIVE IT AFTER 2 BLOODY WEEKS. SOME EVEN GET IT AFTER A MONTH OF PURCHASING. IN MY CASE, MY ITEM DID NOT COME IN A COMPLETE SET, LACK OF ACCESSORIES! AND IT TOOK ANOTHER BLOODY WEEK FOR LAZADA TO ARRANGE PICK UP. AND GOD KNOWS HOW MANY WEEKS THEN FOR LAZADA TO RETURN ME A COMPLETE SET!

I ordered 2 items from lazada, one item is a waffle maker and received it in a week, the second one a dining ware arrived 2 weeks later, the service is ok because my items were sent to me at my office, there even call to inform me regarding the delivery, I paid by cash (COD) after I have checked and satisfied with the items. I think you need to be patient when buying online.

  46. my advice better to choose COD (cash on delivery) rather than pay using your credit card, for example if u ordered 3 items but only 1 is delivered to your doorstep, so u only need to pay for 1 item that u received.

  50. ezriqazz..i'm a chemist at private company, perhaps u should stop being so negative about other people giving sincere and honest comment about their own true experience...for your info i have done numerous online transaction before, I have been thru worst experience than yours from other online companies and websites. My advice is if u don't trust them don't buy from them, just as simple as that..no need to be rude.
    Ps: Just wondering maybe you might be working with other rival online companies???

      Nope, i'm just a part time blogger...don't have time to work with other online companies..But yes, Lazada did offer me to collaborate with them, n i'm trying their services as i want to see myself how their services before i can accept their offer..turn out,my experience is not as good as yours..

  51. 'they call me' means the delivery company not lazada..you must be so clueless to think any other online companies will call you personally when they want to deliver your item (maybe though if u are the sultan of brunei)..

    1. Delivery company did not call me..Until now...DOn't know what happen to one of the item that i order..Luckily the amount is less than RM50..But being a customer, already one month after i order, i will still file an official complaint to KPDNHEP....

  52. hello everyone..sy one of lazada ex staff yg mmg tahu the order flows n everything..actually lazada bknla scam company yg penipu..they juz over promises to their customer..mmgla nk attract customerkannn...so kenela janji mcm2..dr rebate hinggala ke masa penghantaran dan juga brg ygdipaparkn..fyi, xsemua brg yg diorg tayang on their website tu available..kdg2 mmg da xde stock tp dorg ttp biarkn bnda tu publish on their webstie mybe sbb nk more variety kot nk bg cantik brg byk kott..i sndiri penah try their service beli novel sbb ramai yg complain dgn attitude cs lazada..n mmg benar..lazada mmg ade masalah..novel yg sy beli dr masa sy masih staff lazada hinggala sy da resign sudah hampir 3 bulan sy TAK DAPAT lg novel tu..cs xpenah call bile sy call mcm2 alasan mereka bg..n now i heard frm my ex collegue yg still working with them lazada da 3 kali kene ambush dgn immigration sbb byk hired foreigner staffs yg xde permit keje..their orders frm customers pon byk yg xtelayan sbb telalu byk backlog orders yg xclear..they dont hv system or software utk order2 anda sbb tu order yg da 3bln pon they all xdpt nk clear..pd sy anda yg dpt order dan penghantaran yg tepat dr lazada kerana brg yg anda beli adalah brg yg mmg da ade di warehouse mereka..lazada, zalora, home24 and foodpanda adalah adikberadik..lg satu sy nasihatkn jgnla purchase anything frm lazada for the moment..tgu dorg clearkn order yg betimbun tu tp klau sanggup menunggu silalah..

  55. saya pun pernah ada pengalaman beli 2 barang dgn dia org.. 1st beli hp.. 17 hari menunggu baru dpt.. itupun bape kali emel tanya.. paling best emel pertama kata tak de stok, emel kedua kata stok dah smpai tp barang dlm kotak tu tak cukup (haha penipu besar..) emel kali ketiga plak kata stok tak de & soh saya refund. bila saya tanya bape lama boleh dpt refund, dia kata 2 minggu.. gile betul.. susah sgt ke nak refund. saya takut kang, barang tak de duit pun tak dpt.. saya try kol 2 kali & dua2 kali kata tak de stok. at the end barang tu smpai gak.. lega..
    2nd time saya beli memory card.. kali ni saya emel selow betul dia reply.. saya tak ingat bape lama kali ni saya tunggu.. tp bila barang tu smpai, baru la dia org nak reply emel saya..
    utk pengetahuan korang gak, bukan lazada & zalora je adik beradik, tp juga home24 & pandaexpress..
    kalau korang berminat nak beli ngan dia org, xde masalah.. tapi banyakkan sabar & rajin2 la mengemel & menelefon dia org..

  56. Saya ada beli oven dan multicooker elba from lazada dan kasut zang toi dari zalora sebelum raya ok jer x ada masalah. Yang kasut tu zalora promise delivery next day kalau beli before noon, ttp saya order malam rabu, saya terima on friday morning. Oven dgn cooker dari lazada ada disebut akan diproses selama 5-8 hari, so okey lah saya terima item saya pada hari ke 8, saya ada buat follow up dgn cs lazada, reply diterima lambat ttp barang tiba in good condition so saya puas hati. Saya rasa pembeli mesti baca betul2 terma dan polisi pembelian sebab saya perasan lain produk berbeza waktu prosesnya, lepas tuh kena rajin2 buat follow up dgn customer service dan check detail barangan dengan merchant, contohnya semasa saya nk beli produk elba tu saya buat survey dulu utk tahu bgmana rupa dan features product, masuk ke forum2 untuk tahu more about the product...so far my experience dgn lazada dan zalora ok jer, so lepas ni nk try home24.com dan foodpanda.com pula...

  57. nk share gak. i rasanya dah lbih 10 kali shopping with lazada. siap dapat voucher rm50 la..rm20..paling skit pon rm10. so far smua ok.brg smpai dlm masa yg dijanjikan. :) brg pon dlm keadaan yg baik. best sbb xyah la nk jalan p servey brg.i beli pon pkai cash on delivery. cool! if xde kat ofis, dia siap htr kat tmpt yg i ada time tu. :)

  59. Baru je nak order compact camera Lumix dengan diorang because I prefer beli barang online. Jimat masa, duit, etc. Dengar macam2 negative reviews dengan Zalora.. skrg Lazada. Rupanya2 adik beradik, patutlah. Kalau tak boleh deliver apa yg dijanjikan, don't start big. Lebih baik start small and build customers loyalty dari dpt negative review merata2.

    I beli barang dari US, Japan & small online biz Malaysia tak pernah ada problem. Amazon lagi best, order DVD box sets, kalau sampai damaged, ada dent ke, siap bagi refund dlm 48 jam tanpa perlu return barang. Most DVD yg I order kira free lah hehe, walaupun damaged tp still boleh tgk. Lazada dgn Zalora perlu belajar dari Amazon.

  60. I never had bad experience with lazada. Ok jer setakat. Byk dah beli barang dgn diaorg. Delivery as promised & on time. I bought samsung digital camera & 2 iPods. Tu brg yg mahal la. Yg murah pun ada. Kiranya ok jer. Biasa la mcm beli barang kt kedai, as customer you should know your rights.

    2. La pity u bro. Aku dah 3 kali shopping kat lazada takda masalah pun. Blackberry 2 biji rege RM 1800. Buku 2 telaga biru. Barang sampai dalam masa 5 hari. Dahla murah ok je. Mungkin ko x bernasib baik kot. Tapi cara ko ni macam nak bunuh business orang je. Susah2 sangat pergilah ofis dia. Macam x bersungguh je main2 emel ngan tweet. Gentlemanla sikit. Peace

      My answer :

      i don't say Lazada cheat customer..I put question mark there... So many complaint after complaint and even i write to you about my order but no feedback received...Plus i wanna see myself what other people/readers feedback on Lazada...

      At least if order was late, the company should inform or e-mail the customer..quite sad when i tweet the Lazada malaysia this is the respond i get :

      " hi. We are truly sorry for the delay. Could you please call our hotline at 1800 88 7700 and confirm your order number? Tq. "

      Calling 1800 number is not cheap... Instead of us who call, why not the Lazada themselves inform customer and update the status on the delivery?

      Quite upset... Lucky for me i did not blog about the voucher thingy..If not, a lot of readers will hate me/my blog....

      I thought u did the survey and already know about this problem before engaging us to collaborate with us....

      Seriously, i know nothing about lazada before meeting ur guys..if i know this in advance, surely i did not come to your office last time...Plus, the "cheapskate offer to us that will only bring benefits to one side only..."

      2 months already, one of the item still has not been delivered to us...

  61. Bila baca pengalaman dari rakan2 yg pernah terkena rasa macam takut nak membeli, tp try jugak membeli kat Lazada ni, pilih COD sebab rasa selamat, order masa sebelum puasa sampai sekarang kelibat langsung tak ada.

    Memang konpem pihak mereka tak menepati apa yang dijanjikan

  62. satu lagi GROUPON.MY .. saya beli henset Samsung OMNIA i900 dah la dapat lepas sebulan, dah tu refurbished set tanpa kotak.. casing baru tp dalam barang lama.. siap calar2 kat sebelah dlm tempat simkad.. beli 2,, dua2 dah kena ubahsuai settings - meaning second hand.. so now BOIKOT GROUPON.my dan now LAZADA / ZALORA..

  65. nasib baik tak order lagi kat lazada. memang dah order tapi tak buat bayaran lagi.2 hari lepas staff lazada ada call saya tanya duit dah tolak atau belum. nak tanya duit kat mana dah tolak staff lazada terus letak telefon. confirm saya takkan buat urusniaga dengan lazada.

  66. I always cheated by Lazada, sign up newsletter then getting |RM 20 voucher but somehow just 10 mins later i receive email but unable to get the voucher code.

    I call to customer support, they said the portal just upgrade, so no more voucher given!!what a online company like this.. shame with this

  68. Askum... nak kongsi dgn semua, sy ada beli online Lazada nih jugak. Baru minggu lepas kite order hp Samsung S3. Tak kuasa nak drive smpai Low Yatt pastu parking + jam teramat. Skrng rasanye delivery dia dah ok sket...sampai dlm 3 hari jer...hehe. Agaknya dulu company nih baru nak start up so proses delivery dia huru-hara kod...
